1. A method for causing a service provider application to execute based on one or more user settings, the method comprising:
receiving an input in a case that the user settings for at least one of a video description service or audio representation of emergency information are changed;
sending an audio accessibility preference change notification to the service provider application in response to the input; and
causing a functionality to occur in the service provider application in response to the audio accessibility preference change notification,
wherein the audio accessibility preference change notification includes at least one of a first object or a second object,
wherein the first object contains a first Boolean value representing a new state of a video description service (VDS) rendering, and a first string indicating a preferred language of the VDS rendering when the first Boolean value is equal to true and the preferred language of the VDS rendering is available, and
wherein the second object contains a second Boolean value representing a new state of an audio representation of emergency information rendering, and a second string indicating a preferred language of the audio representation of emergency information rendering when the second Boolean value is equal to true and the preferred language of the audio representation of emergency information rendering is available.
