1. A user station for a serial bus system of a vehicle, comprising:
a communication control device to control a communication of the user station with at least one other user station of the bus system; and
a transceiver device to transmit a transmission signal, generated by the communication control device, onto a bus of the bus system, so that for a message that is exchanged between the user stations of the bus system, a bit time of a signal transmitted onto the bus in a first communication phase can differ from a bit time of a signal transmitted in a second communication phase;
wherein the communication control device is configured to generate the transmission signal according to a frame, and to insert into the frame at least one field that is used for checking whether a bit stream of the frame in a user station of the bus system that receives the frame is shifted by at least one bit compared to an expected frame,
wherein the serial bus system uses CAN XL, and
wherein a residual error probability is reduced for a frame that is received from the bus, so that a receiver of the frame can check a check sum, which is a cyclic redundancy check (CRC), at an end of the frame at a correct position, for guaranteeing a detection of a shifted data stream up to an N-bit shift, so as to allow a more reliable transfer of frames via the bus, even in the event of irradiation.
