1. A circuit, comprising:
a first transistor and a second transistor cross-coupled with each other, wherein the first transistor and the second transistor are coupled to a power supply at their respective sources;
a third transistor connected to the second transistor at a first node;
a fourth transistor connected to the first transistor at a second node;
wherein the first through fourth transistors have a same conductive type; and
wherein the driver circuit is configured to provide, through the second transistor and the third transistor, an output voltage at a first level based on a first level of the power supply and at a second level based on a second level of the power supply, respectively.
