1. A crowdsourcing system for validating conditions of collateral for a loan, comprising:
a first set of processors providing a set of crowdsourcing services, wherein a first subset of processors within the first set of processors are at least one of a server, a cloud server, a computer network, a mobile computing platform, or a stationary computing platform,
wherein the set of crowdsourcing services is configured to:
communicate a crowdsourcing request to a group of information suppliers, wherein the set of crowdsourcing services includes a crowdsourcing publishing service that publishes the crowdsourcing request to at least one of the information suppliers;
collect and process responses to the crowdsourcing request; and
provide a reward to at least one successful information supplier;
a graphical user interface in communication with the first set of processors, the graphical user interface being configured to enable a workflow by which a human user enters parameters to establish the crowdsourcing request, wherein the crowdsourcing request and the parameters are configured to obtain information related to a condition of a set of collateral for the loan;
a second set of processors providing a blockchain service circuit structured to interface with a distributed ledger network that collectively stores a blockchain, the blockchain service circuit comprising a set of application programing interfaces (APIs) configured to record the information and the parameters of the crowdsourcing request, the responses to the crowdsourcing request, and the reward as blockchain data within the blockchain stored on the distributed ledger, the blockchain service circuit including a smart contract circuit implemented by the second set of processors and that deploys a smart contract corresponding to the loan that processes the responses from the crowdsourcing request and automatically allocates the reward according to the information that satisfies a set of parameters associated with the crowdsourcing request; and
a third set of processors providing an artificial intelligence (AI) circuit comprising:
a robotic process automation (RPA) circuit implemented by the third set of processors, the AI circuit configured to:
maintain a training data set comprising feedback data of outcomes from interactions of human users with the graphical user interface to the set of crowdsourcing services, corresponding to successful crowdsourcing requests; and
iteratively train the RPA circuit, using the training data set, to:
receive blockchain data via the set of APIs;
record and access at least one of identifying information corresponding to the loan, at least one parameter of the crowdsourcing request, at least one response to the crowdsourcing request, or at least one reward description on the blockchain;
automatically configure and iteratively improve the crowdsourcing request based on based on a set of attributes of the loan, feedback of outcomes of the training data set, and data accessed from the blockchain via the set of APIs;
based on the parameters of the crowdsourcing request, perform at least one of:
 adjusting an amount of the reward;
 determining a set of domains to which the crowdsourcing request will be published; or
 configuring content of the crowdsourcing request,
wherein the blockchain service circuit is further structured to:
generate one or more blocks containing data corresponding to at least one of a domain to which to publish the crowdsourcing request and the reward,
generate one or more hash values of the one or more blocks, and
link the one or more blocks to the blockchain via the one or more hash values via the set of APIs.
