1. A controlled-environment facility resident smartwatch comprising:
a band configured to be affixed around a wrist of a controlled-environment facility resident, irremovable by the controlled-environment facility resident;
one or more biometric sensors configured to measure one or more biometrics of the controlled-environment facility resident;
one or more physical parameter sensors configured to measure one or more physical parameters experienced by the smartwatch; and
a transmitter configured to transmit the one or more biometrics of the controlled-environment facility resident and/or the one or more physical parameters experienced by the smartwatch to a controlled-environment facility management system.
