1. A method of forming a polymeric film comprising the steps of:
forming a first film layer having a first surface and an opposite second surface and etching a crescent shaped aperture and a first visual indicia in close proximity to the crescent shaped aperture on an edge of the first film layer;
forming a second film layer having a first surface and an opposite second surface and etching a second crescent shaped aperture and a second visual indicia in close proximity to the second crescent shaped aperture on an edge of the second film layer; and
providing an adhesive between the first film layer and the second film layer for releasable connection of the first film layer and the second film layer; and
stacking the first film layer over the second film layer so that the crescent shaped apertures and visual indicia are visible from the first layer when the layers are stacked on top of each other.
