1. An indole compound of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt

X is selected from the group consisting of —CO, and —CONH;
Y is selected from the group consisting of —NH, and —N—;
R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 are same or different and each is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl (linear or branched), cycloalkyl, aryl, heterocyclyl, heteroaryl, alkyl cycloalkyl, alkylaryl, alkylheterocyclyl, alkyl heteroaryl, alkenyl, halogen, trifluromethyl, nitro, amide, ester, cyano, alkoxy, alkylamino, and arylamino;
R6 and R7 together form a cyclic ring and comprises at least one —Si— atom.
