1. A method for producing a wound heat exchanger, which has a core tube and a tube bundle, wherein the tube bundle has a plurality of tubes wound helically about the core tube for conducting a first fluid, said method comprising:
automatically calculating a course of the tubes of the tube bundle from a first tube bottom of the heat exchanger around the core tube to a second tube bottom of the heat exchanger,
marking by means of a light beam at least one position at which a tube of said plurality of tubes runs according to the calculated course, and
mounting said tube according to the marking by means of said light beam.
