1. A protocol generation and treatment system comprising:
a database storing a plurality of electrophysiological frequencies characteristic of known functionalities of human nervous systems;
a sensing assembly for receiving electrophysiological information from a patient having impaired functionality at at least some of said plurality of electrophysiological frequencies stored in said database, which are previously known to be associated with said functionality;
an analyzer ascertaining at which ones of said plurality of electrophysiological frequencies, said electrophysiological information indicates said impaired functionality;
a personalized treatment protocol generator operative using an output of said analyzer for generating a treatment protocol for said patient including application of electromagnetic energy to said patient at at least some of those ones of said plurality of electrophysiological frequencies indicated to be associated with said impaired functionality, said application of electromagnetic energy not being directed to specific locations in a human brain; and
an electromagnetic energy application subsystem for applying electromagnetic energy to said patient at at least some of those ones of said plurality of electrophysiological frequencies indicated to be associated with said impaired functionality in accordance with said personalized treatment protocol, said application of electromagnetic energy not being directed to specific locations in a human brain,
said electromagnetic energy application subsystem being operative to apply said electromagnetic energy to at least most areas of a brain of said patient.
