1. A system for directing a therapeutic agent into a skin comprising:
magnetizable nanoparticles, acted on by a magnetic field to direct the magnetizable nanoparticles into and through the skin, wherein the magnetizable nanoparticles may be one or more of ferro, ferri, paramagnetic, or super-paramagnetic nanoparticles; and
a water repellant substance, placed on the skin, to contain the therapeutic agent, wherein the water repellant substance bounds the therapeutic agent.
