1. A shovel comprising:
a lower traveling body;
an upper turning body turnably mounted on the lower traveling body;
an attachment attached to the upper turning body;
a cab mounted on the upper turning body;
an operating information obtaining device configured to obtain operating information of the shovel, the operating information including operation information of the lower traveling body, operation information of the upper turning body, and operation information of the attachment; and
a hardware processor configured to store the obtained operating information,
wherein the hardware processor is configured to
determine a work content of the shovel from among one or more work contents of the shovel based on the obtained operating information, the one or more work contents including one or more of excavation work loading work, standby, and slope shaping work,
obtain biological information of an operator in the cab, the biological information including one or more of a pulse, a body temperature, and a blood pressure of the operator in the cab,
detect an abnormality associated with the biological information based on the obtained biological information, and
correlate the obtained biological information and the determined work content of the shovel in response to detecting the abnormality.
