A transgenic tetra progeny comprising a chromosomally integrated expression cassette encoding a fluorescent protein, wherein the tetra progeny comprises the “Blue tetra 1 transformation event,” sperm comprising the Blue tetra 1 transformation event having been deposited as ECACC accession no. 14103001.
