1. A method, comprising:
time-modulating levels of first and second clamp voltages in an electromechanical switching device controller to switch a path through which current flows during turn-off of the electromechanical switching device controller;
wherein the path switching is a function of at least one of a level of a supply voltage of the electromechanical switching device controller, and temperatures of a high-side (HS) transistor and a low-side (LS) transistor of the electromechanical switching device controller.
