when a sag amount of the glass substrate is defined as S (unit: mm) and a thickness of the glass substrate is defined as T (unit: mm), S×T3 is 0.0001 to 6,
the glass substrate has a warpage of 2 μm to 300 μm, and
a maximum local inclination angle due to the warpage of the glass substrate is from 0.0004° to 0.12°.
