1. A computing system, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory coupled to the processor, the memory storing instructions that, when executed, configure the processor to:
obtain sensor readings from sensors associated with a first home and a plurality of second homes;
determine a set of prioritized maintenance items for the first home based on comparing sensor readings from sensors associated with the plurality of second homes to identify and rank maintenance items;
detect one or more maintenance events associated with one or more of the set of the prioritized maintenance items for the first home; and
responsive to detecting the one or more maintenance events, output a live home score for representing a real-time score associated with the first home.
