1. A surgical construct for tissue repair, comprising:
a soft fixation device formed of flexible material, the soft fixation device including a head portion and a tail portion, the head portion forming a loop and the tail portion extending from the loop in an antegrade direction, the device being configured for anchoring the soft fixation device in a bone tunnel, and the tail portion having a length configured to facilitate pulling the soft fixation device in the antegrade direction into the bone tunnel; and
at least one repair flexible strand, the at least one repair flexible strand having at least one free end extending from the head portion in a retrograde direction away from the tail portion, the at least one free end being configured for engaging tissue, and
wherein the flexible material of the loop is a tubular sheath comprising a lumen and the at least one repair flexible strand is configured to be threaded through and inside of the lumen of the tubular sheath.
