1. A system for facilitating secure remote connection between entity devices, the system comprising:
a memory device with computer-readable program code stored thereon;
a communication device; and
a processing device operatively coupled to the memory device and the communication device, wherein the processing device is configured to execute the computer-readable program code to:
receive a one-time use code from a computing device of a secondary user;
based on the one-time use code, identify an automated machine, and based on the computing device of the secondary user, identify the secondary user;
lock a session between the automated machine and an entity application on a computing device of a primary user;
generate an audio and video session between the automated machine and the computing device of the primary user;
receive an instruction set from the computing device of the primary user and trigger the automated machine to perform an interaction;
trigger one or more auxiliary user devices to perform an auxiliary interaction, wherein the auxiliary interaction comprises producing a physical instrument via the one or more auxiliary user devices; and
display a message on the automated machine indicating directions to obtain the physical instrument.
