1. A computing system, comprising:
a computer readable storage medium with computer executable instructions; and
a processor configured to execute the instructions to:
receive cardiac image data;
receive an electrocardiogram signal;
determine myocardial infarction characteristics from the electrocardiogram signal;
simulate a fractional flow reserve index or an instant wave-free ratio index from the cardiac image data and the myocardial infarction characteristics, wherein the myocardial infarction characteristics include an electrocardiogram estimate that includes an estimate of one or more of an existence of a myocardial infarction, a position of the myocardial infarction, and a size of the myocardial infarction; and
adapt boundary conditions based on the electrocardiogram estimate.
