1. An assembly comprising:
a first conductor;
a second conductor comprising a first portion secured in a fixed position and a second portion; and
a dielectric material disposed between the first conductor and the second conductor,
wherein the dielectric material, the second conductor, or both comprise a colorant, wherein the colorant includes an overcoat on the second conductor, and
wherein the second portion has a furled mode and an unfurled mode, the furled mode corresponding to a first voltage difference between the first conductor and the second conductor and the unfurled mode corresponding to a second voltage difference between the first conductor and the second conductor, the first voltage difference different from the second voltage difference.
