1. A computer-implemented method of detecting display fit measurements for a head mounted wearable computing device including a display device, the computer-implemented method comprising:
capturing image data including images of a head of a user, via an application executing on a computing device operated by the user, including:
capturing first image data for development of a three-dimensional model of the head of the user;
capturing second image data; and
detecting a plurality of optical measurements in the second image data;
developing, via the application, the three-dimensional model of the head of the user based on the image data;
transmitting, by the computing device, the three-dimensional model of the head of the user to a simulation engine;
receiving, from the simulation engine, a three-dimensional pose of a head mounted wearable device on the head of the user in response to the transmitting of the three-dimensional model of the head of the user; and
determining a configuration of the head mounted wearable device for the user based on the three-dimensional model of the head of the user and the three-dimensional pose of the head mounted wearable device on the head of the user.
