1. A microfibrous cellulose-containing substance, comprising:
microfibrous cellulose having fibers with an average fiber width of 2 nm to 50 nm;
a first liquid compound comprising at least one of water or an organic solvent; and
one selected from the group consisting of an alkali, sodium oleate, potassium oleate, sodium laurate, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, sodium alkylnaphthalene sulfonate, sodium dialkyl sulfosuccinate, sodium polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate, sodium polyoxyethlyene alkyl allyl ether sulfate, sodium polyoxyethylene dialkyl sulfate, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphoric acid ester, polyoxyethylene alkyl allyl ether phosphoric acid ester, carboxymethylcellulose, carboxymethyl starch, and sodium alginate;
wherein a surface charge of the microfibrous cellulose is positive,
a content of the microfibrous cellulose is from 6 mass % to 80 mass % per a mass of an entire microfibrous cellulose-containing substance; and
a content of the first liquid compound is at least 15 mass % per the mass of the entire microfibrous cellulose-containing substance
wherein said microfibrous cellulose is flocculated such that the fibers of said microfibrous cellulose are aggregated, and
wherein said microfibrous cellulose-containing substance is in a gel state.
