1. A structure comprising a 1st single-walled carbon nanotube having a length of 50 nm or more and a 2nd tubular layer layered on and substantially coaxial with the 1st single-walled carbon nanotube, consisting of a two-dimensional atomic structure having a layer thickness of at least one atom, and made of at least one compound selected from the group A consisting of a first boron nitride, a first transition metal dichalcogenide, a first black phosphorus, and a first silicon.
