1. A glute press exercise machine, comprising:
a stationary frame;
a moveable support connected to the stationary frame;
a rotatable back support connected to the moveable support; and
an abdomen restraint connected both to the stationary frame and the moveable support, wherein the abdomen restraint is configured to span across a user's waist, and wherein the abdomen restraint moves together with the rotatable back support wherein the rotatable back support rotates about an axis that moves with respect to the stationary frame during an exercise.
