11 Claims

1. A mineralization agent, comprising, by weight:

5-50% of a film-forming protein;

5-40% of an amelogenin peptide;

5-30% of a water-soluble phosphate;

4-20% of a tris(2-carboxyethyl) phosphine hydrochloride; and

1-10% of a pH regulator;

wherein:

the film-forming protein is selected from the group consisting of lysozyme, bovine serum protein, insulin, α-lactalbumin, or a mixture thereof.
