1. A dental apparatus comprising:
a housing comprising a cap having a mounting surface configured to be positioned against a tooth adjacent a treatment region that includes an exposed interior of the tooth, the cap comprising a chamber and an access opening that provides fluid communication between the chamber and the interior of the tooth;
a pressure wave generator being coupled with the housing and being in fluid communication with the treatment region when the mounting surface is positioned against the tooth;
a delivery conduit having an opening to deliver a flowable filling material, the delivery conduit coupled to the housing; and
a reservoir for supplying the flowable filling material to the delivery conduit, the reservoir containing the flowable filling material therein, wherein the flowable filling material is curable from a flowable state to a hardened state,
wherein the pressure wave generator is configured to generate pressure waves through the treatment region to cause the filling material to substantially fill the treatment region.
