1. A vascular implant system comprising an anchor frame, wherein: the anchor frame comprises a resilient, concentric zig-zag structure formed by multiple struts joined to one another by rounded crowns;
said concentric zig-zag structure has two ends, with said rounded crowns each disposed at one of the two ends to form crown sections at each said end with the struts forming an anchor section between said crown sections;
at least one tissue-engaging barb is formed on plural struts within the anchor section; an attachment section is connected to at least one said crown section; and
the attachment section comprises at least one bonding member defining spaces between structure of the attachment section for a bonding agent to enter and attach to a surface of an anchored component of the vascular implant system;
the anchored component is a resilient sensor construct configured to dimensionally expand and contract with natural movement of the lumen wall;
an electrical property of the resilient sensor construct changes in a known relationship to the dimensional expansion and contraction thereof; and
said resilient sensor construct produces a signal indicative of said electrical property.
