1. A wireless device comprising:
one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
receive, from a node, a broadcast message comprising first parameters indicating a first set of reduced transmission power time intervals of a first carrier;
receive, from the node, at least one unicast control message comprising:
second parameters indicating a second set of reduced transmission power time intervals of a second carrier; and
an indication of a plurality of measurement time intervals associated with the second carrier; and
transmit channel state information (CSI) for the second carrier that is based on the plurality of measurement time intervals;
wherein transmission power associated with a reduced transmission power time interval is lower than transmission power associated with a non-reduced transmission power time interval.
