Y1 is hydrogen or —Si(R3)(R4)(R5),
n1 is an integer from 1 to 1000,
n2 is an integer from 1 to 5, and
R1 to R13 are each independently hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 aryl group, or a polyalkylene oxide group represented by *—R31—O—(RO)m2—R32, wherein R31 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 alkylene group, and * represents a point of attachment to Si, RO is an alkylene oxide group, m2 is an integer from 1 to 20, and R32 is hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 alkyl group,
wherein, in Formula 1, X1 is a hydroxyl group or Y1 is hydrogen, and
in Formula 2, at least one of R6 to R13 is the polyalkylene oxide group.
