1. A power circuit, adapted for providing a programming voltage to an electronic fuse circuit, the power circuit comprising:
a pass transistor of a P-type metal-oxide-semiconductor comprising a bulk electrode, a gate electrode, a source electrode receiving a system high voltage, and a drain electrode connected to a bit line;
a bulk voltage control circuit independently providing a bulk voltage to the bulk electrode; and
a buffer circuit connected to the gate electrode of the pass transistor,
wherein a last-stage buffer of the buffer circuit is activated by the bulk voltage to control the pass transistor, wherein the bulk voltage control circuit comprises:
a first P-type metal-oxide-semiconductor transistor comprising a first source electrode connected to an operation voltage, a first drain electrode connected to an output node, and a first gate electrode; and
a second P-type metal-oxide-semiconductor transistor comprising a second source electrode connected to the system high voltage, a second drain electrode connected to the output node for providing the bulk voltage, and a second gate electrode.
