1. A system, comprising:
a memory;
one or more processors coupled to the memory, configured to:
receive a query regarding first fault information associated with first fault location data on a map;
analyze the first fault information and the first fault location data with second fault information and second fault location data;
determine based on the analysis that a repair task associated with the second fault information is a first futile task, wherein the repair task corresponds to a pending ticket of a first ticketing system;
electronically transmit a notification to the first ticketing system to postpone the pending ticket associated with the repair task;
determine that a technician associated with the query is qualified to complete a second repair task in a same geographic region of the first fault location;
notify a second ticketing system corresponding to the second repair task to assign a second ticket corresponding to the second repair task to the technician; and
transmit a notification to the technician to complete the second repair task.
