1. A method, comprising:
receiving, by a migration service of a quantum computing device, a system stress indicator for the quantum computing device from a system monitor;
determining, based on the system stress indicator, that a quantum service running on the quantum computing device is to be migrated;
retrieving a Quantum Assembly Language (QASM) file containing quantum programming instructions defining the quantum service; and
transmitting the QASM file to a quantum simulator running on a classical computing device for failover execution.
