1. In a test apparatus disposed to evaluate load performance data of a test coupon, wherein the test apparatus includes a motor, a brake, and at least one sensor configured to evaluate load performance data of the test coupon, wherein the test coupon includes a rotor section received inside a stator section, and wherein the stator section includes an original elastomer compound:
a load performance dataset product of the process comprising the steps of:
(a) actuating the motor to rotate the rotor section such that rotation of the rotor section actuates corresponding rotation of the stator section;
(b) actuating the brake to apply braking torque to the stator section as it rotates in step (a); and
(c) responsive to step (b), collecting data from the at least one sensor wherein the collected data includes data indicating load performance of the test coupon.
