1. A method of transmitting a wireless frame over a wireless network, comprising:
generating a first transmission control information for a first device in a HE-SIGB field of a preamble of the wireless frame, the first transmission control information indicating a first data transmission frequency range for transmitting data following the first transmission control information to the first device;
generating a second transmission control information for a second device in the HE-SIGB field, the second transmission control information indicating a second data transmission frequency range;
transmitting the wireless frame, wherein the transmission comprises:
transmitting at least a portion of the first transmission control information over a first frequency range while simultaneously transmitting at least a portion of the second transmission control information over a second frequency range that does not overlap with the first frequency range,
transmitting first data to the first device over the first data transmission frequency range according to the first transmission control information, the first data transmission frequency range being different than the first frequency range, and
transmitting second data to the second device over the second data transmission frequency range according to the second transmission control information.
