1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a wireless device, one or more configuration parameters indicating a plurality of random access channel resources of a cell;
receiving control information that is configured to cause random access preamble transmission and that indicates:
a first uplink carrier of the cell for a first random access procedure; and
a second uplink carrier of the cell for a second random access procedure;
sending, via the first uplink carrier and based on the control information, at least one first random access preamble for the first random access procedure; and
based on a determination that the first random access procedure is unsuccessful, sending, via the second uplink carrier and based on the control information, at least one second random access preamble for the second random access procedure.
