1. A system, comprising:
a control unit configured to monitor input power to a base station; and
a bandwidth management unit in communication with the control unit that in response to detection of at least a lower input power to the base station by the control unit, is configured to reassign available bandwidth currently assigned to a set of slices for access to one or more essential and non-essential services, wherein the bandwidth management unit is further configured to:
reassign the available bandwidth for access to a set of users that comprises at least a set of premium users and a set of non-premium users;
balance access of available bandwidth between each set of premium users and non-premium users; and
divide access of available bandwidth between each set of premium and non-premium users of at least a first set of slices for access to essential services, and a second set of slices for access to non-essential services.
