1. A chitosan hydrogel composition comprising chitosan, glycerol, and a phosphate group, wherein the chitosan comprises a first chitosan and a second chitosan crosslinked with each other,
wherein the glycerol and phosphate group are used as crosslinking agents,
wherein the glycerol and the phosphate group are comprised at a molar ratio of 1:1 to 1:4,
wherein gelation of the composition occurs at 15° C. to 60° C., and
wherein the composition forms a laminated structure when used as an ink for 3D printing.
