1. A method comprising:
inserting a tubular portion of an endoscope through a hub adapter and into a sheath tube;
engaging a proximal end of the hub adapter against a shoulder of the endoscope so that an arm of the hub adapter engages a light post extending from the endoscope;
engaging a hub with a distal end of the hub adapter, wherein the hub is connected to a proximal end of the sheath tube, and
wherein one of the hub adapter and the hub includes a flange and the other of the hub adapter and the hub includes a channel, the flange comprises a first plurality of projections that are circumferentially distributed about a longitudinal axis of the one of the hub adapter and the hub, wherein the flange and the first plurality of projections are configured to rotationally engage with a corresponding cooperating feature in the channel to lock the hub adapter to the hub by rotating the hub adapter with respect to the hub such that, upon locking, the sheath tube is configured to rotate about the longitudinal axis without requiring rotating of the hub adapter and the endoscope; and
rotating the sheath tube about a longitudinal axis until a distal end of the sheath tube is aligned with a distal end of the endoscope.
