1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
receiving, by a server, telephone call placement data that indicates the placement of a telephone call from a calling party to a called party;
receiving, by the server, caller identification data that indicates an identity of the calling party;
accessing, by the server, first telephone call data that reflects characteristics of telephone calls placed and received by the calling party;
receiving, by the server, data indicating a first time period that a phone number of the calling party has been assigned to the calling party;
receiving, by the server, data indicating a second time period that the phone number of the calling party was unassigned to a user before being assigned to the calling party;
based on the first telephone call data, the identity of the calling party, the first time period, and the second time period, determining, by the server, additional data to combine with the caller identification data;
generating, by the server, enhanced caller identification data by combining the additional data with the caller identification data; and
providing, for output by the server, the enhanced caller identification data and data indicating the telephone call.
