1. A method, comprising:
accessing an electronic network that contains a plurality of electronic modules, the electronic modules specifying actions to be performed in response to different conditions of the electronic network being met;
gathering, over a period of time, data pertaining to a plurality of events that are associated with at least some of the conditions, wherein the data indicates a coverage of the events by each of the electronic modules;
constructing a matrix based on the plurality of electronic modules and the plurality of events;
identifying a redundant electronic module from the plurality of electronic modules, wherein the identifying comprises performing operations on the matrix, and wherein the coverage of the events corresponding to the redundant electronic module is duplicated by one or more other electronic modules of the plurality of electronic modules; and
determining whether the redundant electronic module should be removed from the electronic network;
wherein at least one of the accessing, the gathering, the constructing, the identifying, or the determining is performed by a computer system.
