1. An electronic display, comprising:
a display panel including a plurality of transistors connected to a plurality of pixels of the display panel via a set of switches; and
a driver circuit coupled to the plurality of transistors and the set of switches, the driver circuit configured to:
in a first display mode of the electronic display, turn on a first switch in the set of switches based on one or more first control signals to activate a first portion of the plurality of pixels,
in a second display mode of the electronic display, turn on a second switch in the set of switches based on one or more second control signals to activate a second portion of the plurality of pixels different from the first portion of pixels, and
in a third display mode of the electronic display, turn on a third switch in the set of switches based on one or more third control signals to activate a third portion of the plurality of pixels different from the second portion of pixels.
