An isolated antibody Tw1S4_AM6 or fragment thereof, comprising at least one heavy chain variable region and at least one light chain variable region, wherein the heavy chain variable region comprises heavy chain complementarity-determining regions comprising each of amino acid sequences SEQ ID NOs: 2, 3 and 4, and wherein the light chain variable region comprises light chain complementarity-determining regions comprising each of amino acid sequences SEQ ID NOs: 5, 6 and 7.
