1. A method for information transmission, comprising:
sending, by a terminal device, a first message, wherein the first message indicates a terminal device capability of Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) monitoring in a target resource region within a first time length;
wherein the terminal device capability of the PDCCH monitoring is a capability to perform PDCCH blind detection for N times in the at least two time-domain symbols within the first time length, N being a positive integer; and
the target resource region supports P transmission resource configurations, P≥2, and different transmission resource configurations have different time-domain lengths, different transmission resource configurations corresponding to different values of N respectively.
