1. A method implemented by a computer system for providing help information to a player, the method comprising:
providing an activity identifier of an activity in a video game and correlated locations in the video game, the activity identifier correlated with the locations by determining that a plurality of video game players completed the activity in the locations;
building a map of the locations where the activity associated with the activity identifier was completed by the plurality of video game players;
determining an activity in which a first video game player is involved;
displaying activity information for the determined activity and other activities relevant to the first video game player based on the determined activity; and
presenting the map of the locations to the first video game player based on a help selection from the displayed activity information.
