1. A skin contact adhesive composition comprising:
(A) a polyurethane-polyorganosiloxane copolymer of formula

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
where each RU is independently a monovalent unsaturated hydrocarbon group; each RD is independently a divalent hydrocarbon group or a divalent halogenated hydrocarbon group; each RM is independently a monovalent hydrocarbon group or a monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group; each subscript b is independently 0 or 1; each subscript a is independently 0 to 100,000; and subscript n is 1 to 10,000;
(B) a curing catalyst,
optionally (C) a crosslinker, and one or both of (D) and (E), where
(D) is an active ingredient, and
(E) is an excipient.
