1. A spine stabilization system comprising:
a base plate comprising a proximal end, a distal end, a plurality of screw holes for receiving screws therein, and one or more windows;
an extension plate configured to be selectively disposed adjacent to the proximal end or the distal end of the base plate, wherein the extension plate comprises a proximal end, a distal end, a connection portion, and a plurality of screw holes for receiving screws therein; and
one or more screws selectively insertable into either the base plate or the extension plate;
wherein the one or more windows comprise one window near the proximal end of the base plate and one window near the distal end of the base plate, wherein each window is configured to connect to the connection portion to attach the base plate and extension plate to each other, and wherein each window is a graft window positionable over an intervertebral space to provide access to a pair of intervertebral spaces when the connection portion is connected to one of said windows to attach the base plate and extension plate to each other.
