1. A method of providing a personalized advertisement campaign purpose, the method comprising: receiving from a financial institution anonymized customer data associated with each of a plurality of customers of the financial institution; creating key lifestyle indicators, which describe customer attributes for each of the plurality of customers, from the anonymized customer data; delivering online a pre-advertisement to at least one selected customer of the plurality of customers; determining that at least one prospective customer has accepted the pre-advertisement, and responsive thereto receiving a prospective unique customer identification code from the financial institution; matching the prospective unique customer identification code to at least one prospective customer of the plurality of customers; and delivering a financial application associated with the pre-advertisement to the at least one prospective customer associated with the matched prospective unique customer identification code;
sending the anonymized customer data to a credit bureau, the customer data being anonymized via a hashing algorithm programmed to remove personal identifiable information relating to the plurality of customers of the financial institution; receiving anonymized bureau data associated with the anonymized customer data from the credit bureau, the anonymized bureau data including a prospective credit bureau ID associated with at least one prospective customer of the plurality of customers, the bureau data being anonymized via a hashing algorithm programmed to remove personal identifiable information relating to the plurality of customers of the financial institution from the anonymized customer data;
wherein delivering online a pre-advertisement to at least one customer of the plurality of customers further includes: identifying at least one product of a plurality of products based on at least one key lifestyle indicator; and generating the pre-advertisement for the at least one identified product;
wherein receiving a prospective unique customer identification code from the financial institution when the at least one prospective customer accepts the pre-advertisement further includes: receiving from the financial institution a prospective unique customer identification code that is generated from the hashing algorithm;
sending a status of a soft inquiry related to the prospective credit bureau ID to the credit bureau when the at least one prospective customer accepts the pre-advertisement;
receiving a status of the financial application from the financial institution associated with the at least one prospective customer, the status being indicative of one of complete, incomplete, and not applied, a status of complete being associated with at least one designated customer of the plurality of prospective customers;
wherein at least one of: upon receiving a status indicating that the customer has not completed the financial application form, erase all information relating to the prospective customer; and upon receiving a status indicating that the customer has completed the financial application form: receiving a designated unique customer identification code from the financial institution, the designated unique customer identification code being associated with the at least one designated customer; matching the designated unique customer identification code with the prospective unique customer identification code to produce a confirmed unique customer identification code associated with at least one confirmed customer of the designated customers; and sending the confirmed unique customer identification code to the financial institution.
