1. A user-input device comprising:
a user-actuatable trigger assembly configured to pivot about a trigger axis, the user-actuatable trigger assembly including a trigger gear train segment;
a motor including a worm gear; and
a reduction gear operatively intermediate the user-actuatable trigger assembly and the motor and configured to provide one or both of speed conversion and torque conversion from the motor to the user-actuatable trigger assembly, wherein the reduction gear includes a trigger-interfacing gear train segment interfacing with the trigger gear train segment of the user-actuatable trigger assembly, and wherein the reduction gear includes a motor-interfacing gear train segment interfacing with the worm gear of the motor.
