1. A method for regulating gastrointestinal flora, comprising administering a composition comprising Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei to a subject, wherein the deposit number of the Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei is DSM27447, wherein the composition increases the amount of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus or both in the intestine, and suppresses the amount of Desulfovibrio, Enterobacter or both in the intestine, and suppresses the amount of Helicobacter, Escherichia-Shigella or both, and wherein the amount of the Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei present in the composition is 1.0×10³CFU to 5.0×10⁸CFU/kg body weight/day.
