1. A method for assisting a clinician in performing a medical procedure on a patient using augmented reality guidance, comprising:
obtaining a three-dimensional model of an anatomic part of the patient;
aligning the three-dimensional model with data to form augmented reality guidance for the medical procedure;
presenting the augmented reality guidance to the clinician during the medical procedure using an augmented reality three-dimensional display;
manipulating the presented augmented reality guidance using one or more of hands-free gestures, hand gestures, or voice commands; and
pausing the manipulation of the presented augmented reality guidance by orienting the clinician's head out of a predefined cursor window in a direction back toward a center of the augmented reality guidance.
