1. A wireless communication method, comprising:
transmitting, by a base station, a synchronization signal and a signal in a broadcast channel within a downlink access time interval comprising one or more sweeping time blocks, wherein the signal in the broadcast channel comprises configuration information of system information for transmitting the system information, wherein the signal in the broadcast channel is associated with a demodulation reference signal for demodulating the signal in the broadcast channel, wherein the synchronization signal and the demodulation reference signal are transmitted using a same port, and wherein the signal in the broadcast channel further comprises a first type message signal that indicates a relative frequency-domain position of the one or more sweeping time blocks in the downlink access time interval;
performing a subsequent transmission based on the synchronization signal and the signal in the broadcast channel.
